We are seeking a motivated and proactive Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a highly organized, data-driven individual who can manage multiple high-priority requests and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, playing a crucial role in our growth in the APAC region.

What you will do

You will identify top talent—the "ideal" candidates—and influence their careers. As a Technical Recruiter at Abnormal Security, you will collaborate with Engineering and Recruiting leadership to build a world-class Engineering team. You will act as a talent advisor, partnering with stakeholders and providing strategic insights throughout the hiring process. Your ability to learn about teams, products, and technologies quickly will help bring top talent to Abnormal and shape the future of our products.

Must Haves
  • 6+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 5 years recruiting for technical/engineering roles
  • Experience building globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience scaling engineering teams in areas such as:
  • Full Stack or Backend Engineering
  • Engineering Management
  • AI and Machine Learning
  • Additional skills include:

    • Ability to use data to influence stakeholders and drive organizational outcomes
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
    Nice to Haves
    • Background or education in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering
    • Experience building engineering teams from scratch
