Job summary

ZEDEDA Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter in San Jose to lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Sales, and G&A roles. You will partner with managers and executives to source, screen, and close top talent in a competitive market.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in SaaS or tech startup recruiting, strong sourcing, and experience with enterprise tech. Base pay ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 with hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or technology startups.
• Proven track record filling technical, engineering and GTM roles.
• Experience recruiting in infrastructure software, cloud, or enterprise tech.
• Strong sourcing skills and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage interview scheduling and debrief sessions with leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS best practices (Rippling).
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics to leadership.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and workflows as the company scales.

We are seeking an experienced, full-cycle Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers and executive leadership to build out ZEDEDA's teams across Engineering, Sales, and G&A functions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and knows how to source, engage, and close top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective sourcing strategies, and calibrate candidate pipelines.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels to build a strong, diverse pipeline.
• Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of ZEDEDA throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity for reporting.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, and source of hire, to hiring managers and leadership.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and hiring workflows as the company scales.
• Represent ZEDEDA's culture and values authentically to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifcations

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology startup.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical Engineering and go-to-market Sales and Marketing roles.
• Experience recruiting within infrastructure software, cloud, or enterprise technology companies preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche roles.
• Ability to manage interview scheduling and conduct candidate debrief sessions with hiring managers and leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable advising hiring managers and executives.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Rippling and applicant tracking best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

At ZEDEDA, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Base pay is determined by considering your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. For this role the base pay range is $130,000 - $180,000.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now and in the future.
