In this exciting role, you'll:

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Expand and scale our global talent pool.

Responsibilities

• Build out scalable and strategic global talent pipelines to source for top talents for various roles including Product, Design, AI and Machine Learning, Engineering, Operations, etc.
• Proactively identify and engage with top talents across various recruitment channels and platforms and utilize industry connections and networks (LinkedIn, Workable ATS, college and industry-specific career websites, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, align recruitment strategies and improve recruiting processes; foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Manage the full life cycle process: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Organize candidate documents, onboarding documents, and onboarding processes.
• Spearhead ATS management and recommendations for best solutions that align with SpreeAI's mission and values.
• Use data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on recruiting progress on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment in a fast-paced tech startup or tech company.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-profile talents and building strong global talent pipelines.
• Experience with high-volume environments utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn or technical forums (Boolean, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Stellar attention to detail and demonstrates grit, speed, and passion.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
