Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our Higher Education Campus Food Service recruiting efforts in a remote role. The ideal candidate resides in Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, or New Mexico and brings proven sourcing and talent-pipelining skills to the table.

You will lead innovative recruitment initiatives, partner with internal teams and vendors, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while aligning hiring strategies with Sodexo's goals.

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our Higher Education Segment's Campus Food Service recruiting efforts. This is a remote role, with the ideal candidate residing in Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, or New Mexico.

Ideal candidates have food service recruiting experience, strong sourcing and talent pipelining capabilities, business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to consult and challenge hiring leaders.

In this role, you will help shape the future of Sodexo's workforce by driving innovative talent sourcing, recruitment, and staffing strategies that connect the right people to the right opportunities. You’ll play a vital part in elevating the candidate and employee experience, partnering across teams to deliver seamless hiring processes and meaningful career journeys.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range:

$64600 - $100430

Incentive Eligibility:

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
