  • Maintain employee records, including data entry and file management.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials.
  • Assist in creating and updating HR forms and documents.

Additionally, the role involves:

  • Providing full life-cycle recruitment support: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and managing the hiring process.
  • Supporting federal hiring efforts by understanding security clearance requirements and compliance regulations (OFCCP, EEO, diversity initiatives).
  • Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, refine sourcing strategies, and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other talent attraction methods.
  • Tracking candidate pipelines, managing ATS records, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Gaining experience in compensation discussions, total rewards strategies, and offer processes within a federal hiring context.
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Supporting the design, development, and implementation of technical recruitment initiatives.
  • Participating in recruitment reporting and analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and hiring trends.
  • Engaging in training sessions to understand recruitment systems, tools, and best practices.

Length of Training: 16 Weeks

Minimum Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree related to human resources, psychology, industrial-organizational development, communication, business administration, social work, or similar, with at least 2 years of coursework completed.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
