Job summary

Applied Intuition in the United States is seeking Technical Recruiters who can own end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles. You will build targeted sourcing campaigns, manage a full lifecycle desk, and partner with leadership to move great candidates through the interview process in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical recruiting.
• Proven success sourcing via LinkedIn and creative channels.
• Experience in venture-backed or startup environments.

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Evidence of a fast growth trajectory in previous roles, including agency, in-house, or VC
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and through other creative sourcing channels
• High aptitude for learning new tools and technical topics quickly
• Worked at a venture backed company
• Early recruiting team experience or early startup experience (joined in first 5 years of founding)
