Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Contract RPO Recruiter to partner with Hiring Managers, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and support global recruitment strategies. The role focuses on data center operations and requires proven hiring experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• 18 months as a Talent Sourcing or Assessment Specialist.

• Develop recruiting and sourcing plans and using tools to increase candidate pipelines.
• Using independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes and professional profiles.
• Building qualified candidate profiles and determining the best slate of candidates to meet client deliverables.

As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic partner to our client’s Hiring Managers. You will perform various aspects of the recruitment cycle, including requisition intake meetings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. This exciting opportunity allows you to partner with global colleagues to execute recruitment strategies that produce quality hires. This role is hiring data center operations. Proven skills in hiring these role is a requirement.

your typical day includes

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Performing intake calls and providing regular updates on assigned requisitions.
• Candidate Management: Managing candidate pools, including internal, ad response, and direct sourced candidates.
• Goal Tracking: Executing actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly account hiring goals while monitoring performance scorecards.
• Compliance: Ensuring all requisition activity is properly documented to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking.

• Relationship Management: Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with hiring managers.
• Alternative Experience: 18 months as a Talent Sourcing or Assessment Specialist.

Base Salary: $62,400 - $76,900 (Hourly RPO contractor position).

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
