Job summary

Marketech International Corp. USA is seeking a Quotation Specialist to support sales, procurement, engineering, and project execution by preparing accurate quotations for complex projects, services, or turnkey solutions.

The ideal candidate has an engineering, technical, or data analytics background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret technical information, review drawings and BOMs, gather cost data, and collaborate across teams to meet deadlines in a full-time onsite role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accredited technical training or relevant education.
• Engineering, technical, data analytics, or related educational/professional background preferred.
• Experience with technical data, cost analysis, pricing analysis, or similar analytical responsibilities preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations based on RFQs, BOMs, technical specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Review and analyze technical, cost, pricing, and supplier data to support quotation development.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to collect pricing, material costs, and lead-time information.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, project scope, and specifications.
• Perform cost comparisons and data analysis to identify pricing trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure quotations meet company policies, margin goals, customer requirements, and contract terms.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and assist with post-quote follow-ups.
• Align with sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams to refine project scope and pricing.
• Maintain and update project and quotation progress within the ERP system.
• Assist with organizing and analyzing quotation data for reporting and management review.
