• Strong understanding of government RFP compliance and sections.
• Experience analyzing RFPs and creating annotated outlines.
• Writing new material and editing for high-quality proposals.
• Able to produce proposals under tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint; graphics/desktop software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate capture strategy, lenses, hot buttons, and discriminators in sections.
• Collaborate with Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Volume Lead, SMEs, and others.
• Follow approved proposal processes and participate in reviews.
• Maintain configuration control of assigned sections.
• Incorporate amendments and Q&A into drafts.
• Develop data calls to complete sections and ensure completeness.
• Attend daily standup progress reviews to report status.

Responsibilities

• Writing compliant and compelling proposal responses in response to commercial and U.S. government solicitation requirements
• Incorporating the proposal capture strategy, proposal lenses, customer hot buttons, and discriminators through assigned sections
• Working closely with the Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Volume Lead, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and functional departments as necessary
• Following the approved proposal processes
• Participating in reviews
• Maintaining configuration control of assigned sections
• Incorporating changes from all amendments and Q&A
• Developing necessary data calls to complete the assigned sections
• Attending daily standup progress reviews to provide status of section writing assignments

Requirements

• 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience
• In-depth understanding of compliance with all sections of governmental RFPs
• Experience analyzing RFPs
