Job summary

VideoLabs is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the design and deployment of a workflow management system supporting internal IP processes, including patent analysis and case development. You will guide the selection, implementation, and configuration of a SaaS workflow tool (e.g., Asana, Trello, Wrike) to boost productivity and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or consultant.
• Experience building and configuring workflow systems (Asana, Trello, Wrike, etc.).
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and a track record in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess interdependencies of current workflow, PM, CRM, and asset management practices.
• Research and evaluate workflow systems (Asana, Trello, Wrike, etc.).
• Test and select CRM and workflow vendors based on company size and growth.
• Implement the chosen workflow system for prioritization and visibility.
• Design and document workflows aligned with company objectives.
