• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, MPOs, local governments, consultants, and federal partners.
• Manage programming, scheduling, budgeting, and plan reviews for transportation projects.
• Oversee project delivery from planning through implementation and closeout.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and quality to ensure contract compliance and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation for budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
