Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and document Software Requirements Specification.
• Produce design documents and participate in design reviews.
• Create project plans.
• Write code, unit tests, and build/deployment scripts (minimally).
• Guide and mentor a team of developers.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Review test strategies.
• Monitor and manage project execution.
• Execute performance/scalability tests and profile hotspots.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders (PM, program Mgmt, analysts, development, QA).
