Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong people management, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong risk assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and scope.
• Coordinate project resources, including staffing, coaching, and team development.
• Partner with functional teams and stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Create test plans and ensure solutions are ready for User Acceptance Testing.
• Facilitate the UAT process and develop rollout plans and procedures.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, project updates, and recommendations.
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are followed.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to steering committees and sponsors.
