Job summary

Delphi-US is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small to medium technology projects, including custom software development, out-of-the-box solutions implementation, and software enhancements. This role involves managing project lifecycle activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

The role requires SDLC knowledge, PMBOK and Waterfall proficiency, Agile familiarity, and experience leading infrastructure deployments.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple projects across various stages of the SDLC.
  • Proficiency in PMBOK methodologies, specifically Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience leading infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, hardware procurement, and core application deployments.
  • Ability to define systems strategy, develop requirements, design prototypes, test solutions, and support implementation under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and executives.
  • Understanding of IT governance and reporting processes.
  • At least five years of project management experience.

  • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and determine resource needs.
  • Communicate the business case to project teams to facilitate decision-making and prioritization, maintaining focus on project objectives.
  • Act as liaison between technology and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks to senior leadership.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, including financial forecasting and tracking.
  • Collaborate with other technology and business units to define scope, secure resources, and ensure project readiness.
  • Review work outputs to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and executives.
  • Understanding of IT governance and reporting processes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Agile certification.
