Formación

• PMP certification required.
• 8+ years leading projects using Agile SDLC.
• 8+ years using SDLC tools for requirements, CM, and testing.
• Technical background with .NET, web apps, COTS, and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, contract management and coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of multiple IT projects.
• Manage full SDLC from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Apply Agile practices: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment planning, release management, and production readiness.
• Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; escalate as needed.
• Provide leadership in resolving technical and project challenges.
