Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive projects across the PMO, partnering with product and technical teams to ensure measurable outcomes. You will plan, execute, and monitor initiatives while escalating risks and blockers, and align on high-priority roadmaps.

You will lead multiple projects, develop detailed plans, and communicate progress to sponsors and leadership at all levels. Prior experience with AI governance and SDLC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• 1+ years of remote work experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet, JIRA).
• Knowledgeable of medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with ROI modeling and forecasting of technical projects.
• Familiarity with tech sprint cycles, IT release management and AI/automation initiatives.
• Experience using scrum and Kanban methodology.
• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage activity between Privia technical and non-technical team stakeholders.
• Directly manage multiple projects simultaneously, and assist in a portfolio of projects.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and communicate status to sponsors and leaders.
• Prepare and distribute project artifacts, including delivery plans and KPIs.
• Assist in development and implementation of project & technical QA processes.
• Bridge between technical and business teams to align priorities.
• Leverage PMO ROI models for technical projects.
• Coordinate tracking of AI projects through governance channels.
