Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• 1+ years of remote work experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet, JIRA).
• Knowledgeable of medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with ROI modeling and forecasting of technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage activity between Privia technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Directly manage multiple projects and assist in a portfolio of projects.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and communicate status to sponsors and leaders.
• Prepare and distribute project artifacts, including delivery plans and KPIs.
• Develop and implement project and technical QA processes.
• Bridge between technical and business teams to align priorities.
• Leverage PMO ROI models for technical projects.
• Coordinate AI projects through governance channels and SDLC.
