Job summary

University of Oklahoma's Advanced Radar Research Center (ARRC) seeks an experienced technical project manager to lead complex R&D programs. This role partners with PIs, staff, and external partners to align scope, schedule, cost, and quality with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include planning, artifact management, and stakeholder engagement to achieve milestones. Applicants should have PMP or FAC P/PM, ability to obtain a security clearance, and relevant DoD/government contracting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years PM experience.
  • Experience managing complex, contract-driven projects involving DoD or federal sponsors.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and support execution of multidisciplinary research projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and control project artifacts, schedules, and cost baselines.
  • Collaborate with PIs and stakeholders to meet milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor risks and issues, manage changes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education
