Job summary

Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) is seeking a seasoned Physical Security Systems & Technologies professional to oversee enterprise security platforms and drive upgrades across multiple sites. You will coordinate IT, facilities, and vendor efforts while maintaining uptime for critical operations.

The role requires leadership in project planning, budgeting, and risk management, with a focus on delivering compliant, scalable security solutions for dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing, administering, or supporting enterprise physical security technology platforms, including Genetec Security Center, CCURE 9000, VMS, PACS, IDS and intercom/mass notification systems.
• Experience coordinating system upgrades, migrations, expansions, and lifecycle management for enterprise security systems across dispersed locations.
• Working knowledge of physical security system architecture including access control, readers/credentials, network cameras, video archivers, servers/storage, and system integrations.
• Ability to translate operational security requirements into technical solutions and project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience leading technical projects involving physical security technologies from planning through implementation, testing, commissioning, and handoff.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, stakeholder communications, and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate efforts among internal stakeholders, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, facilities, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage competing priorities while supporting critical operational environments with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Familiarity with NERC CIP requirements, cybersecurity controls, physical security standards, or other compliance frameworks is preferred.
