We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Java Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, enterprise-grade technology initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of technical leadership, project management excellence, and stakeholder management to successfully drive complex application development programs across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java-based enterprise application development, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, and large-scale program execution. You will be responsible for managing project plans, guiding engineering teams, mitigating risks, ensuring quality delivery, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

10+ years of IT experience with significant experience in a dedicated Technical Project Manager or Engineering Delivery Leadership role.

Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software programs in complex environments.

Strong hands-on technical background in Java application development and modern software engineering practices.

Demonstrated success leading distributed, cross-functional teams through complex technology transformations.

Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and large-scale project execution frameworks.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $106230 to $145000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
