Job summary
itD Tech seeks a Technical Project Manager II to drive planning, execution, and optimization of live and pre-recorded media experiences across immersive platforms. You will coordinate across broadcast operations, streaming technology, and vendor management to ensure high‑quality event execution at scale.
The role requires deep experience in video content operations, broadcast engineering, streaming platforms, and technical program management, with a track record of reliable live media workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in video content/ broadcast or related technical roles in media.
- Experience supporting live broadcast environments and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of streaming protocols and content delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for vendor engagement and live event support.
- Monitor live broadcasts, troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolution with teams.
- Design media workflow architectures and validate streaming workflows.
- Develop and maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery and align with multiple teams.
