Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Technical Project Manager 4 in Los Alamos, NM to lead complex project planning, cost control and stakeholder alignment. The TPM will develop schedules, define deliverables, and oversee teams to meet DOE/NNSA program requirements with a strong emphasis on EVMS compliance and cost performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and proven ability to drive projects from initiation

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with project controls in DOE/NNSA context is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze costs and schedules.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Support project scheduling using Primavera P6 and data quality checks.
• Support project cost management using Cobra and EVMS processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with project objectives.
