Responsibilities

• Manage technical construction scope, deliverables, budgets, schedules, risks, and turnover.
• Lead project teams in planning and executing DOE Hazard Category 2 facilities.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and work packages.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and support departments.
• Coordinate with construction, operations, radiological control, safety and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DOE/NNSA requirements and NQA-1.
