Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering seeks a Technical Project Manager 4 in Los Alamos, NM. The TPM will lead planning, cost control, and integration across technical teams to meet DOE/NNSA project objectives.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, with advanced Excel skills and proven ability to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to take concept from idea to delivered product with minimal direction.
• Strong communication across technical and business contexts.
• Experience in project controls within DOE/NNSA.

Responsibilities

• Support project scheduling using Primavera P6, data quality checks and schedule analysis.
• Support project cost management using Cobra and EVMS processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business domains to align solutions with project objectives.
