Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
  • Apply agile delivery principles to projects.
  • Manage project activities, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Establish accountability across resources and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-team efforts across infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, applications, and external partners.
  • Identify and manage dependencies and schedule impacts.
  • Surface risks, issues, and decisions with timely escalation.
  • Develop and maintain project execution plans, milestones, and budgets.
  • Maintain technical and project documentation per procedures.
  • Provide regular cost, schedule, status, risks, and performance updates to leadership.
  • Participate in planning, budgeting, and scheduling processes.
  • Some travel may be required.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Project Manager, you will help lead complex Information Technology (IT) infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and delivering results on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. You will drive cross‑team coordination, manage risks and dependencies proactively, and keep stakeholders informed through clear, consistent communication.

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of strategic IT projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies, policies, methodologies, and goals
  • Lead complex IT infrastructure projects through the full lifecycle—including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—while applying agile delivery principles and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations
  • Manage day‑to‑day project activities, including project team formation, execution plan development, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Establish clear accountability across all assigned project resources, ensuring ownership of deliverables, tasks, outcomes, and adherence to commitments
  • Drive strong cross‑team collaboration and coordination across infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, applications, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and rapid resolution of cross‑functional challenges
  • Identify, map, and manage inter‑project and cross‑team dependencies, ensuring sequence clarity, resource alignment, and early detection of schedule or scope impacts
  • Proactively surface, document, and communicate risks, issues, and decisions (RID) using a structured and transparent approach, with timely escalation to leadership when needed
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, including milestones, resource loading, budget oversight, and cost management
  • Develop and maintain complete and accurate technical and project documentation in accordance with procedures
  • Ensure effective and consistent communication across all project stakeholders; provide weekly and/or monthly briefings to upper management on cost, schedule, status, risks, and technical performance
  • Participate in departmental processes such as planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Some travel may be required
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/information technology discipline.
  • OR Master's degree in engineering/science/information technology discipline.
  • OR applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 8 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.

Preferred Job Requirements
  • Proven experience leading delivery‑focused IT infrastructure projects, preferably in organizations undergoing modernization or technology transformation
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification OR Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Leading SAFe Certification
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project management and work‑tracking tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
  • Deep understanding of risk management, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning
  • Scrum Master Certification and Agile Project Management Certification preferred
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations and ServiceNow Agile Development/Project module experience preferred
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent, complex IT infrastructure and/or software development projects in fast‑paced environments
  • Knowledge of PMI best practices, project lifecycle management, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary technical and functional teams and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Experience in conflict resolution. Exercises initiative and independent judgment under limited supervision
  • Experience serving as a Scrum Master and executing agile projects is desired
  • Ability to enforce accountability, maintain structured Risk, Assumption, Issues, Decisions) (RAID) tracking, manage dependencies, and drive clarity in complex project environments
