Job summary

Pantex Plant is seeking an Intelligence Analyst at Senior Specialist/Associate levels to support National Security & Intelligence Programs. The role centers on researching and producing intelligence products, applying analytic tradecraft, and coordinating with DOE laboratories and government stakeholders to publish timely analyses.

• Collaborate across Pantex, other Department of Energy (DOE) laboratories, the Intelligence Community, and government stakeholders to develop, coordinate and publish analytic products.

What You'll Do

Supporting National Security & Intelligence Programs, intelligence analysts compose and/or oversee the review, revision, and production of finished intelligence reports which answer key analytic questions posed by stakeholders across a multitude of topical areas. Assessments are used to inform policy development, mitigate risk, or support critical national security decisions.

• Ability to obtain Q and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearances.
• Demonstrated record of effective written analytic communication to technical and non-technical audiences and readerships.
• Knowledge and experience in the U.S. intelligence and/or counterintelligence communities.
• Knowledge and experience in the principles, practices, and methodology in the collection, analysis, evaluation, interpretation and dissemination of intelligence information concerning national security.
• Knowledge and experience in requirements for properly handling, protecting, and controlling classified material; knowledge of classified material policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both oral and written, with internal and external team members, stakeholders, colleagues/peers, supervisors, and support staff.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Comfortable in the use and integration of Artificial Intelligence in supporting daily tasks, activities, and assigned duties.

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.

Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 709. Medical requirements may apply.
