About This Role

The iRhythm Software Systems Development team is looking for a proven Technical Project Manager. In this role, you will guide and organize project management efforts around our platform services. This is a hands-on position with project management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work with a talented team on diverse SaaS-based solutions within the medical device/software industry. We’re passionate about delivering innovations that improve healthcare quality and patient experience, and we’re seeking like-minded individuals to join us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Report to the Director of Technical Project Management, working closely with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to develop cross-functional delivery plans.
  • Understand infrastructure projects and how changes impact various environments or workflows.
  • Communicate and strategize with other stakeholder teams on infrastructure rollouts and timelines.
  • Schedule realistic, attainable dates for infrastructure project changes.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Full SDLC experience.
  • Strong technical background overseeing planning, execution, and completion of technical and infrastructure projects.
  • Define project scope, manage budgets, timelines, resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Identify risks and work with teams to mitigate them.
  • Provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage large projects with complex timelines.
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Prior AWS infrastructure project implementation experience, including security updates.
  • Tool platform migration experience (e.g., Jenkins to GitLab, Bamboo to Azure DevOps).
Nice to Have
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification.
  • Agile/SAFe certification.
Work Environment / Other Requirements
  • Standard TPM work requirements.
  • Remote work is acceptable.
  • Infrequent travel, possibly occasional.

Estimated Pay Range

$112,000 - $145,000
