What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, server, and networking projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution
- Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. stakeholders and Spanish-speaking teams in LATAM or other global regions
- Manage cross-functional technical teams, including system engineers, network admins, and security specialists
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports using tools like MS Project or JIRA
- Facilitate communication through daily stand-ups, client meetings, and executive status reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Networking project management
- 5+ years of understanding of data center technologies, server/storage systems, and enterprise networks
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- 3+ years of experience working with LATAM teams or clients
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance tracking
