About This Role:

The iRhythm Software Systems Development team is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee project management efforts related to our platform services, combining hands-on project management with technical leadership. You will work with a talented team on diverse SaaS solutions within the medical device/software industry, focusing on delivering innovations to enhance healthcare quality and patient experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Director of Technical Project Management, collaborating closely with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to develop cross-functional delivery plans.
  • Understand infrastructure projects and their impacts on environments and workflows.
  • Communicate and strategize with stakeholders regarding infrastructure rollouts and timelines.
  • Set realistic, attainable schedules for infrastructure project changes.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Full SDLC experience.
  • Strong technical background managing planning, execution, and completion of technical and infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to define project scope, manage budgets, timelines, resources, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
  • Risk identification and mitigation skills.
  • Effective status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with tight timelines.
  • Cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Prior experience with AWS infrastructure projects and security updates.
  • Tool platform migration experience (e.g., Jenkins to GitLab, Bamboo to Azure DevOps).

Nice to Have:

  • PMP or Six Sigma certification.
  • Agile/SAFe certification.

Work Environment / Other Requirements:

  • Standard TPM work requirements.
  • Remote work is permitted.
  • Infrequent travel, as needed.

Estimated Pay Range:

$112,000 - $145,000
