Cybermaksimum, an international MedTech IT company, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects in the healthcare domain. You will coordinate technical teams, manage delivery, and ensure alignment between developers and business stakeholders in a fully remote, international setup.

You will guide planning, risk tracking, and requirements definition, translate business needs into technical specs, support integrations, and foster continuous improvement of project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and the full SDLC.
• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development, systems analysis, QA, DevOps, or related areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and other technical specialists.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, databases, and software architecture fundamentals.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote international team.
• Fluent Serbian and Russian (C1 or higher in both languages).

An international MedTech IT company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage software development projects in the healthcare industry. The company develops software products focused on business process automation, data processing, and integration with various information systems. In this role, you will coordinate technical teams, manage project delivery, and ensure effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders.

Manage software development projects from planning through delivery. Coordinate development, QA, business analysis, and implementation teams. Monitor project timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies across different parts of the project. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Participate in requirements definition and discussions of technical solutions. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Support product implementation and integrations with other systems. Track project progress and key milestones. Identify blockers and risks and actively contribute to resolving them. Improve internal processes and project management practices.

Требования:

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role. Good understanding of software development processes and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Technical background or previous hands‑on experience in software development, systems analysis, QA, DevOps, or related technical areas. Ability to communicate effectively with developers and other technical specialists. Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and software architecture fundamentals. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote international team. Fluent Serbian and Russian (C1 or higher in both languages).

• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data exchange standards
