Top Doctors Group ищет менеджера продукта для планирования дорожек продуктов, координации команды разработки и выпусков, а также мониторинга KPI и качества. Требуется 4–5 лет опыта в управлении ПО, знание Scrum/Kanban, Jira/Confluence, и умение работать с внешними провайдерами.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of experience managing software projects.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle; development experience is a plus.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Ability to plan, coordinate end-to-end projects and make decisions.
• Ability to anticipate and manage technical risks.
• Knowledge of software quality management.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing external providers.
• English proficiency at a high level (minimum B2).
• Nice to have: experience in AI projects, healthcare/clinic projects, GDPR knowledge, chatbot/voice AI.

Mansioni

• Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management and product, commercial, and client support teams.
• Coordinate clinic- and country-level deployments with client support.
• Manage integrations and relationships with key providers, including telephony, messaging, and AI platforms, SLAs, contracts, and incidents.
• Track product costs and usage to support commercial decisions.

Условия:

• Salary between 43.000 and 48.000€ gross per year
• Remote work, ideally based in Barcelona
• Full working day Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30, and Friday, 9:00–15:00
