Motion Recruitment is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise delivery initiatives on a contract-to-hire basis in the United States. You’ll own timelines, scope, and execution while partnering closely with reengineering and business stakeholders to translate technical work into business outcomes.

This role embeds with development teams to influence delivery end-to-end, driving visibility across complex programs and delivering real impact with long-term upside.

Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise software projects.
Knowledge of SDLC frameworks and delivery models.
Hands-on Azure DevOps or Jira experience.
Ability to analyze timelines, capacity, risks, and constraints.
Excellent communication skills.
