Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Donalsonville, GA to lead projects from planning through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and other PM software is important. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, base salary $80,000–$90,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in engineering/manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Project and other PM platforms.
• Proficient with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Identify risks and delays, proposing proactive solutions.
• Monitor budgets and resources to stay on target.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
