Qualifications

• Experience in technical program management or related role supporting complex product or technology development efforts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience building and managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience supporting new product development or other complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for new product development initiatives from concept planning through development, validation, implementation, and launch readiness.
• Drive the phase-gate product development process, ensuring alignment on milestones, deliverables, risks, and key decisions at each stage.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk management strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues.
• Lead project reviews and provide clear communication on status, risks, mitigation plans, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Track deliverables through dashboards, action-item logs, reports, and checklists to maintain accountability and follow-through.
• Identify program obstacles, analyze root causes, and drive cross-functional solutions to keep development efforts on track.
• Help teams navigate tradeoffs related to scope, schedule, cost, and technical execution.
• Monitor project cost performance and support progress against financial and operational objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements that strengthen execution, team effectiveness, and new product development outcomes.
