Job summary

ECM PCB Stator Tech in Bozeman, MT designs and builds electric motors using PCB Stator technology. We seek a Technical Project Manager to own customer programs from quote through production launch, bridging customers and engineering and manufacturing teams to keep projects on schedule and budget.

You will lead cross-functional project teams, translate requirements into engineering work, and ensure motors ship to specification while balancing scope, cost, and schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in project/program management in manufacturing
• Solid mechanical fundamentals including GD&T
• Fluency reading engineering drawings and CAD experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple custom motor programs from quote through design, prototyping, validation, and production release
• Own customer commitments and ensure delivery against technical, schedule, and cost requirements
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and coordinate with internal teams
• Translate customer specifications into engineering requirements and statements of work
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and risk registers; escalate issues early
• Identify scope changes and coordinate commercial and technical resolutions
• Support design reviews with manufacturability and cost considerations
• Provide hands-on support to accelerate parts, tooling, or dyno setups when needed
