Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional efforts on AC & DC motor deployments across North America. This nationwide role requires coordinating with MV teams, manufacturing, and OEM partners to define scope, schedules, and delivery milestones.

You will manage proposals, contracts, logistics, FAT and inspections, and serve as the primary customer contact. Travel 25–30% across North America; strong English; PMP/CAPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 5-7 years of technical project/program management experience with AC & DC motors.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design and wiring diagrams (an asset).
• PM certification such as PMP or CAPM (an asset).
• Must be able to travel 25-30% of the time throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead with MV team members, service center personnel and technical staff to analyze customer requirements, select solutions, generate proposals, and fulfill orders.
• Coordinate with outside sales to transition opportunities into active projects.
• Review purchase orders and contractual requirements for accuracy and compliance.
• Be the primary customer contact for project status, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and tracking of milestones/deliverables.
• Monitor production schedules with manufacturing/OEM partners and resolve delays.
• Coordinate design, production, and FAT/testing to ensure on-schedule delivery and accurate records.
• Oversee FAT, witness testing, and customer inspections.
• Serve as the primary resource for shipping/logistics, Incoterms, export docs, customs, and freight coordination.
• Ensure compliance with master service agreements and project data in internal systems.
