Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and workstreams from planning and requirements through development, testing, deployment, and launch.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and refine business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with Product, UX, Design, Development, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and ensure work is progressing according to established timelines.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify potential project risks and work with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to project teams and leadership.
• Help manage changes to project scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate project meetings and facilitate communication among internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation and requirements are clear, accurate, and available to the appropriate teams.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues that may impact delivery.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to project delivery and team processes.
• Assist with resource planning and coordination to support project goals.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of large-scale digital initiatives. This individual will work across business, product, UX, design, development, and technology teams to coordinate projects, manage requirements, and ensure key deliverables are successfully delivered.

This role will support the development and launch of new digital capabilities and customer experiences for a major telecommunications organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex projects, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and helping transform business objectives into actionable plans and deliverables.

What You'll Do

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a related role.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale technology, digital, or business initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and project communications.
• Experience gathering and managing business or functional requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum, Agile, or other project management certifications.
