Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technology product delivery and implementation projects.
• Coordinate UAT, release validation, runbooks, and release checklists.
• Maintain RAID logs and manage project risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external vendors for releases and implementations.
• Translate requirements into actionable delivery plans and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, documentation standards, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor budgets, vendor costs, and delivery metrics.
