Job summary

Maymont Homes in Charleston is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate technology product initiatives and ensure timely, compliant delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations.

You will drive release readiness, coordinate data migration and integration testing, and manage dependencies with external vendors while aligning with project governance and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
• 3-5 years of experience delivering software product delivery or technology implementations.
• Strong communication, risk management, documentation, change-control, and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery of technology product initiatives, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product) and external vendors for releases and implementations; support Agile delivery.
• Ensure compliance with delivery processes, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support budget adherence, vendor cost controls, and monitoring of delivery metrics.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to provide clear status updates, risks, and decisions; improve delivery processes and artifacts.
• Perform other duties to support business objectives.
