COMFORT SYSTEMS is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the DISA Cross Domain Enterprise Services (CDES) effort based in Odenton, MD. The selected candidate will manage engineering projects, ensuring compliance and timely execution within a technical setting.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and an active Secret security clearance. This position emphasizes project management and requires excellent communication skills, as well as a strong background in software engineering and cross domain technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret security clearance up to TS/SCI.
• DoD 8570 IAT-II Certification (Sec +) or higher.
• Experience with DISA or DoD customers on DISN infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects managing day-to-day operations.
• Identify program risks and resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineers and program leadership.
• Manage workflow of Cross Domain Approval boards.
• Participate in staffing and personnel management.
