Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Groups is seeking a Cross Domain Engineer to support a fast-paced team provisioning customer dataflow in an Enterprise Cross Domain System.

You will collect requirements, coordinate TEMs, implement CDS technologies, and maintain system health while ensuring security compliance. This role requires Active TS/SCI clearance, DoD IAT II, and solid experience with Linux and CDS systems.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass a government polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with six years of relevant experience.
• DoD IAT Level II certification.
• Experience with Linux, TCP/IP networking, and general OS security practices.
• Experience with Cross Domain Solutions and CDS technologies on the NCDSMO approved product list.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and determine the best implementation solution.
• Schedule/attend Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss design and implementation details.
• Coordinate implementation approach and timeline with technical and project management staff.
• Identify and remediate potential CDS technology conflicts across the Enterprise.
• Respond to outages and technical queries.
• Perform system health checks (processes, services, network, storage).
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and present technical information to stakeholders.
