GS Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to track cost, technical, and quality aspects of multiple contracts from proposal development through closeout.

You will serve as the main client POC and coordinate mechanical, electrical, software teams to meet scope, timing, and budget. Responsibilities include leading technical execution, using Product Realization process, supporting proposal development with Business Development, managing risk, maintaining schedules, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; project management coursework preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering or related field.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the technical execution of projects and serves as main client POC.
• Uses Product Realization process to manage projects from opportunity to closeout.
• Leads proposal development with Business Development collaboration.
• Manages project risk and elevates risks to management; leads mitigation.
• Maintains project schedules; coordinates resources with Engineering Manager and other PMs.
• Acts as SME in technical areas aligned with past performance.
• Performs supervisory tasks including performance reviews.
