Job summary

Gas Turbine Efficiency in Orlando is seeking a Project Manager to own the successful execution of customer projects from contract award through closeout, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, documentation, resources, and communications.

You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Planning, Shipping & Receiving, and leadership), driving project performance, mitigating risk, and ensuring deliverables meet

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• Experience leading customer-driven projects with technical/contractual requirements.
• Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve complex problems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; PMP certification a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, project scheduling tools, and MS Office.

Requirements

• Requires the ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and periodically lifting or moving materials in support of project management activities, inspections, and customer visits.
