Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Circuit Design TTU to provide high-level technical leadership, drive complex transport projects, and support Brightspeed organizations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze chronic transport network issues, and develop technical bulletins, procedures, and job aids while guiding contractors and field staff to ensure reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Transport network services lifecycle.
• Subject matter expert in SONET and DACS technologies.
• Knowledge of EMS/OSS and network provisioning systems.
• Ability to read circuit records and complex schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive technical leadership for service assurance and delivery.
• Identify complex transport network issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Design and publish technical bulletins, job aids, and procedures.
• Direct personnel and contractors in field operations and repair centers.
