Job summary

Talentify in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Technical Project Manager focused on circuit design for TTU (Test and Turn-Up). The role requires deep knowledge of circuit design, network transport services, and hands-on leadership to coordinate across engineering and operations.

You will act as SME in SONET and DACS, read circuit layer records and schematics, oversee EMS/OSS interfaces, and mentor teammates to drive reliable delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of architecture, interoperability, operations, growth, maintenance, and life cycle of Transport network services and systems.
• Subject matter expert in SONET and Digital Access Cross-Connect (DACS).
• Knowledge of Element Management Systems (EMS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), network inventory, provisioning, and other support systems.
• Ability to read Circuit Layer Records and Complex Schematics/designs.
• Proficiency in interpersonal communications with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Effective leadership skills including mentoring and training with positive impact.

Pay Range: $45.00 to $50.00 / Hour

Technical Project Manager- Circuit Design TTU (Test and Turn-Up) requires a high degree of advanced technical, analytical, and managerial competencies to solve complex problems and issues and provide technical support to various *** organizations.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in architecture, interoperability, operations, growth, maintenance, and life cycle of Transport network services, and systems
• Subject matter expert in SONET and Digital Access Cross-Connect (DACS) including lower-level applications and associated technologies and configurations
• Knowledge of Element Management Systems (EMS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), network inventory, provisioning, and other support systems
• Ability to read Circuit Layer Records and Complex Schematics/designs
• Proficiency in interpersonal communications, particularly with up and downstream personnel at all company levels
• Effective leadership skills, including demonstration of training and/or mentoring activities and subsequent positive impacts
