Wyze in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own hardware/software delivery and drive camera launches from concept to shelf. You will coordinate China-based development with U.S. launch readiness and lead cross-functional teams including product, firmware, app, cloud, AI, and platform groups.
You’ll monitor milestones, dependencies, and risk, while enabling rapid decision-making and clear ownership across distributed teams. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
Wyze cameras reach millions of homes - and behind every launch is a tightly coordinated effort across teams in the U.S. and China. This role sits at the intersection of hardware and software delivery. As Technical Project Manager here at Wyze, you are tasked to be the hub of that intersection - turning product decisions and development milestones into clear plans, coordinated execution, and on-time releases. In this role, you'll own launch execution for camera hardware, help drive critical camera software initiatives, and modernize how we run projects using AI-enabled workflows. If you are fluent in hardware development lifecycles, energized by ambiguity, comfortable operating across cultures and timezones, and excited to make a distributed execution feel effortless, we'd love to talk.
The base pay range for this role is $118,000 – $152,000 per year.
Over the years, Wyze earned a reputation for disrupting entrenched categories and delivering products that feel almost too good to be true. That early impact brought industry recognition from Forbes, TIME, Fast Company, PCMag, and others... all signals of momentum that helped establish Wyze as a breakout brand.
Today, Wyze is focused on its next stage of company building. We’re scaling our platform, strengthening our operating rigor, and investing for long-term growth, while staying true to the belief that everyday people deserve access to great technology. This is a phase defined less by headlines and more by execution, craft, and durable impact.
Our people are central to that work. Wyze has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built in Seattle and Seattle Business Magazine, but what matters most is the environment we’re building now: one where smart, pragmatic builders take ownership, move fast, and shape what comes next.
