Wyze, a leader in affordable smart home tech, seeks a Social Commerce Manager to own Wyze's TikTok Shop and broader social commerce strategy in Kirkland, WA. You’ll define the channel’s role, build an operating model, and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions.
You’ll lead campaigns, optimize pricing and promotions, and scale creator/affiliate programs while partnering with TikTok and other platforms.
At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
Wyze is already one of the top electronics sellers on TikTok Shop, generating millions in revenue and multiple viral products. We’re looking for a Social Commerce Manager to be the end-to-end owner Wyze's Tik Tok Shop and broader social commerce business.
You’ll lead a strategic reset of the channel, building a sustainable operating model that’s tightly aligned with company goals and financial targets. This is a highly visible role for a builder who wants to own the P&L, shape our creator and affiliate strategy, and stand up a team and playbook in one of the fastest-growing commerce channels.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong e-commerce instincts with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset. You don’t need to be a content creator, but you should understand what drives conversion and how to translate social content into sales. You thrive in roles where things need to be defined and built versus someone handing you a prebuilt playbook.
The base pay range for this role is $96,000 – $120,000 per year.
Over the years, Wyze earned a reputation for disrupting entrenched categories and delivering products that feel almost too good to be true. That early impact brought industry recognition from Forbes, TIME, Fast Company, PCMag, and others… all signals of momentum that helped establish Wyze as a breakout brand.
Today, Wyze is focused on its next stage of company building. We’re scaling our platform, strengthening our operating rigor, and investing for long-term growth, while staying true to the belief that everyday people deserve access to great technology. This is a phase defined less by headlines and more by execution, craft, and durable impact.
Our people are central to that work. Wyze has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built in Seattle and Seattle Business Magazine, but what matters most is the environment we’re building now: one where smart, pragmatic builders take ownership, move fast, and shape what comes next.
