Job summary

Farsight is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end application lifecycle management across Software Engineering, AI, and Infrastructure & Security teams. You’ll translate product priorities into scoped, sequenced projects with clear timelines backed by engineer estimates, ensuring GTM alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally at a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Strong technical fluency: understand how software is built and why timelines slip.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams — software engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, DevOps, security.
• Experience building realistic delivery timelines from engineering estimates and holding teams accountable.
• Highly organized with a low tolerance for ambiguity; you create clarity where others leave things vague.

Responsibilities

• Own our application lifecycle management process end to end with clearly defined stages, requirements, owners and definitions of done.
• Build project timelines from engineers' estimates and track progress against them; communicate status to Product Manager and GTM.
• Partner with Product Manager to prioritize projects based on customer importance and engineering effort.
• Coordinate requirements, sequencing, and dependencies across Software Engineering, AI, Infrastructure & Security teams.
• Manage projects with hard customer deadlines; identify risks and decide what to cut or resequence to stay on track.
• Take coordination and process work off engineers' plates so they can focus on building.
• Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to improve velocity and clarity.
• Surface blockers early and drive resolution without overhead.
