Job summary

Sapsf seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead IT initiatives across Enterprise Applications, Security, and AI-enabled projects. You will coordinate multi‑team efforts, translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery while managing budgets and risks.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT program leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with SDLC, Agile, and security testing practices. A hands-on cloud/GenAI focus is valued.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of IT project/program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of security testing (SAST/DAST/Pen Test).
• Security certifications such as Security+ or CISSP are a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow development projects.
• SDLC, Agile & Scrum experience required.
• Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT projects across Enterprise Applications and Information Security.
• Develop project definitions, scope, requirements, budgets, and schedules.
• Partner with IT teams to apply standard processes and templates.
• Manage multiple deliverables and align IT resources to goals.
• Utilize agile and waterfall methods to meet timelines.
• Create and maintain program roadmaps and risk plans.
• Engage stakeholders to document requirements and analyze business needs.
• Oversee vendor selection and manage vendor relationships.
• Communicate project health to senior leadership and adjust as needed.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to IT processes.
