Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company seeks a Technical Project Manager to own complex technology initiatives spanning cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and emerging AI capabilities. You will unite engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to build clear plans, manage delivery, and keep multiple streams aligned from kickoff through completion.

You will coordinate with engineering and security teams, track risks and dependencies, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience.
• Experience managing Agile projects, programs, or technical workstreams.
• Experience working with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or other technical teams.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience preparing status updates and communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

• Develop project plans, milestones, schedules, status reports, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, business, and cross-functional teams.

• Support Agile planning and help teams maintain effective delivery practices.

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll bring engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams together to build clear plans, manage delivery, and keep multiple workstreams aligned from kickoff through completion.

This opportunity is ideal for a technically curious project manager who can bring structure to fast-moving, high-visibility work without getting lost in the details. You'll coordinate with engineering teams, track risks and dependencies, communicate progress to leadership, and help turn complicated initiatives into steady forward movement. Experience with cloud, cybersecurity, or emerging technology is valuable, but the key is being proactive, organized, and confident working across diverse teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience

Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery documentation
• Coordinate meetings, working sessions, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
• Track risks, dependencies, decisions, action items, and open issues
• Partner with engineering and technical teams to monitor delivery progress
• Prepare status updates and communicate changes, risks, and next steps
• Support Agile planning, workstream coordination, and issue resolution
